Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent is required.

Objective: The Certified Concierge Executive course is designed to develop the professional, cultural, and service-oriented skills required to excel in the role of a concierge within luxury hotels and high-end service environments. The course focuses on enhancing guest experience through personalized service, local knowledge, effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Concierge Services: Role and Responsibilities of a Concierge, History and Evolution of Concierge Services, Types of Concierge Services (Hotel, Residential, Corporate), Skills and Attributes of a Professional Concierge, Understanding Guest Expectations, Importance of First Impressions.

Module 2: Guest Services and Personalization: Guest Profiling and Preference Tracking, Anticipating and Exceeding Guest Needs, Personalized Recommendations and Experiences, Handling Special Requests and VIP Guests, Managing Difficult Situations and Complaints, Building Guest Loyalty and Trust.

Module 3: Local Expertise and Vendor Relations: Knowledge of Local Attractions, Dining, Entertainment, Cultural Events, Building and Maintaining Vendor Networks, Negotiating Preferred Rates and Access, Booking and Coordinating Guest Experiences, Developing Insider Access and Exclusive Offers, Staying Updated on Local Happenings.

Module 4: Communication and Etiquette Skills: Professional Communication Techniques, Multilingual and Cross-Cultural Communication, Telephone and Email Etiquette, Discretion and Confidentiality in Guest Interactions, Body Language and Presentation, Handling High-Profile and Celebrity Guests.

Module 5: Technology and Concierge Tools: Using Concierge Software and Apps, Online Booking Systems and Integration, Social Media and Digital Communication, Maintaining a Digital Concierge Desk, Record-Keeping and Guest Feedback Management, Data Privacy and Security Protocols.

Module 6: Professional Standards and Career Development: Codes of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines, Memberships (e.g., Les Clefs d’Or), Crisis Management and Emergency Protocols, Concierge Team Collaboration and Supervision, Career Pathways and Growth Opportunities, Final Project and Performance Assessment.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
