Objective: The Certified Construction Risk & Contracts Professional course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and manage risks in construction projects while effectively overseeing contract administration. Participants will learn risk management frameworks, contract negotiation and drafting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, insurance, claims management, and mitigation strategies.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 3: Construction Contract Fundamentals: Types of construction contracts (lump-sum, design-build, EPC, etc.), Key contract clauses and legal obligations, Drafting and negotiation techniques, Contract lifecycle management, Compliance with contractual requirements, Handling changes and amendments

Module 4: Claims and Dispute Management: Identifying potential claims and disputes, Claims preparation and submission, Dispute resolution methods (mediation, arbitration, litigation), Documentation and evidence management, Risk-based decision-making in disputes, Learning from disputes for future risk mitigation
