Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility: Definition and evolution of CSR, Importance and benefits of CSR for businesses, CSR frameworks and standards (ISO 26000, GRI), Stakeholders and their roles in CSR, CSR and sustainability linkage, Global trends and best practices in CSR.

Module 2: Designing CSR Programs: Assessing community and stakeholder needs, Aligning CSR initiatives with business strategy, Setting objectives and KPIs for CSR programs, Budgeting and resource allocation, Program planning and design methodologies, Risk assessment and mitigation in CSR projects.

Module 3: Implementing CSR Initiatives: Project management principles for CSR, Engaging employees and volunteers, Partnerships with NGOs and government, Communication and marketing of CSR activities, Managing social impact and community relations, Ethical considerations and compliance.

Module 4: Monitoring and Evaluation of CSR Programs: Data collection and impact measurement techniques, Qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, Reporting frameworks and transparency, Using feedback for program improvement, Social return on investment (SROI), Case studies of effective CSR evaluations.

Module 5: CSR Communication and Reporting: Developing CSR communication strategies, Internal and external stakeholder engagement, Preparing CSR reports and disclosures, Leveraging social media and digital platforms, Addressing criticism and reputation management, Legal and regulatory requirements in CSR reporting.

• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
