Objective: The Certified Corporate Sustainability Executive (CCSE) course aims to equip senior leaders, managers, and professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to drive sustainability strategies within organizations. The course covers key topics such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, sustainable business models, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, climate risk management, and sustainability reporting standards (like GRI, SASB, TCFD). By the end of the program, participants will be able to lead sustainability initiatives, align corporate strategy with global sustainability goals (e.g., UN SDGs), and integrate sustainability into core business practices to enhance long-term value and reputation.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Corporate Sustainability: Introduction to Sustainability and ESG, Key Global Frameworks and Agreements (UN SDGs, Paris Agreement), Evolution of Corporate Responsibility, Principles of Triple Bottom Line, Stakeholder Theory and Materiality, Sustainability and Business Ethics.

Module 2: Governance and Strategy for Sustainability: Integrating ESG into Corporate Governance, Board and Executive Accountability, Developing a Sustainability Vision and Mission, Risk Management and Sustainability, Sustainability Goal-Setting and KPIs, Strategic Planning for Long-term Impact.

Module 3: Environmental Stewardship and Climate Action: Carbon Footprinting and GHG Accounting, Climate Risk Assessment and Adaptation, Circular Economy Principles and Implementation, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Reporting Standards (CDP, TCFD).

Module 4: Social Impact and Human Capital Management: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, Labor Rights and Human Rights, Supply Chain Social Responsibility, Employee Engagement and Culture, Community Engagement and Social Investment, Measuring and Reporting Social Performance.

Module 5: ESG Reporting, Disclosure, and Compliance: Global ESG Standards (GRI, SASB, ISSB), Regulatory Requirements and Compliance (EU CSRD, SEC), ESG Rating Agencies and Indices, Materiality Assessments and Stakeholder Engagement, ESG Data Management and Assurance, Communication Strategies and Integrated Reporting.

Module 6: Leadership, Innovation, and Future Trends: Sustainability Leadership and Change Management, Sustainable Innovation and Green Technologies, Trends in Sustainable Finance and Investing, Scenario Planning and Future-Proofing, Cross-sector Collaboration and Partnerships, Building a Sustainability Culture.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
