Objective: The Certified Entrepreneurship & Startup Professional course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to successfully launch, manage, and grow new business ventures. The course covers idea generation, business model development, market research, funding and financing strategies, operations planning, marketing, and scaling strategies.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship: Introduction to entrepreneurship, Characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, Types of entrepreneurship (small business, scalable startups, social), Opportunity recognition and idea generation, Entrepreneurial mindset and creativity, Case studies of successful startups

Module 2: Business Model Development: Understanding business models, Lean startup methodology, Value proposition design, Customer segmentation and targeting, Revenue streams and cost structures, Testing and validating business ideas

Module 3: Startup Planning and Strategy: Developing a business plan, Strategic planning for startups, Market research and competitive analysis, Go-to-market strategy, Risk assessment and mitigation, Resource and capability planning

Module 4: Funding and Financial Management: Sources of startup funding (bootstrapping, angel investors, venture capital), Financial planning and budgeting, Cash flow management, Financial statements and analysis, Valuation and equity distribution, Funding pitch preparation

Module 5: Marketing, Sales, and Growth Strategies: Marketing strategies for startups, Branding and positioning, Digital marketing and social media, Customer acquisition and retention, Sales strategies and techniques, Scaling and growth strategies

Module 6: Operations, Leadership, and Legal Considerations: Startup operations and process management, Team building and leadership, Legal structures and compliance, Intellectual property protection, Performance measurement and KPIs, Continuous innovation and adaptability

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
