Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Hospital Administration: Overview of hospital administration and healthcare management, Roles and responsibilities of a hospital administrator, Healthcare delivery systems and organizational structures, Legal and ethical considerations in hospital management, Healthcare policies and regulations, Importance of patient-centered care and quality outcomes

Module 2: Hospital Operations Management: Management of hospital departments and services, Workflow and process optimization, Scheduling and resource allocation, Coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams, Patient admission, discharge, and referral processes, Operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Module 3: Financial and Revenue Management: Hospital budgeting and financial planning, Billing, invoicing, and revenue cycle management, Insurance coordination and claims processing, Cost control and expenditure monitoring, Financial reporting and auditing, Strategies for revenue enhancement and financial sustainability

Module 4: Human Resource Management: Recruitment, training, and staff development, Performance evaluation and appraisal systems, Employee engagement and retention strategies, Conflict resolution and grievance management, Workplace safety and labor law compliance, Leadership and team-building skills
