Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Hospitality Human Resource Management: Role and scope of HR in the hospitality industry, Key responsibilities of a Hospitality HR Manager, Understanding organizational structure in hotels and resorts, Aligning HR strategy with hospitality business goals, HR challenges and trends in hospitality, Legal and ethical considerations in hospitality HR.

Module 2: Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding: Manpower planning and job analysis for hospitality roles, Sourcing candidates through internal and external channels, Screening, interviewing, and selection procedures, Conducting reference checks and issuing offer letters, Designing effective onboarding and induction programs, Reducing turnover and improving retention.

Module 3: Training and Development: Identifying training needs and skill gaps in hotel departments, Designing training calendars and learning modules, Conducting soft skills, technical, and compliance training, Evaluating training effectiveness and staff performance, Career development and succession planning, Use of e-learning and training technology in hospitality.

Module 4: Performance Management and Employee Engagement: Setting performance standards and KPIs for hotel staff, Appraisal methods and feedback systems, Linking performance with rewards and promotions, Recognizing and motivating high-performing employees, Conducting employee engagement programs and surveys, Managing workplace culture and staff morale.
