Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher course aims to train individuals in the principles, techniques, and practices of mindfulness and meditation to foster mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Participants gain in-depth knowledge of mindfulness theories, meditation methods, stress reduction techniques, and the neuroscience behind mindful living.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Mindfulness Meditation Practices: Basic Meditation Techniques, Breath Awareness Practices, Body Scan Meditation, Walking Meditation, Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation, Integrating Meditation into Daily Routine

Module 3: Anatomy of Mind and Body Awareness: Understanding the Mind-Body Connection, Neuroscience of Meditation, Stress Response and Relaxation Mechanisms, Emotional Regulation through Mindfulness, Enhancing Focus and Attention, Cultivating Self-Awareness

Module 4: Advanced Mindfulness Techniques: Mindful Listening and Communication, Mindful Eating Practices, Managing Difficult Emotions Mindfully, Open Awareness Meditation, Visualization and Guided Meditation, Mindfulness for Resilience and Wellbeing

Module 5: Teaching Methodology and Skills: Adult Learning Principles, Structuring a Mindfulness Session, Leading Guided Meditations, Communication and Presentation Skills, Handling Questions and Challenges, Creating a Supportive Learning Environment

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
