Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Market Segmentation and Demand Forecasting: Customer Segmentation Techniques, Data Collection and Demand Indicators, Forecasting Methods (Historical, Current, Future Trends), Demand Calendars and Seasonality, Competitive Set Analysis, Forecast Accuracy and Adjustments.

Module 3: Pricing Strategies and Optimization: Types of Pricing Strategies (Dynamic, Penetration, Skimming), Rate Fences and Price Discrimination, BAR Levels and Price Sensitivity, Price Elasticity and Demand Curves, Upselling and Cross-Selling Techniques, Competitive Pricing Analysis.

Module 4: Distribution Channels and Inventory Management: Distribution Channel Types (Direct, OTAs, GDS, Wholesalers), Channel Cost Analysis and Profitability, Channel Management Tools, Inventory Allocation Strategies, Overbooking and Cancellations, Integration with CRS, PMS, and RMS.

Module 5: Technology and Data Analytics in Revenue Management: Revenue Management Systems (RMS) Overview, PMS, CRS and BI Tools Integration, Data Visualization and Dashboarding, KPI Monitoring and Benchmarking, Big Data and Predictive Analytics, Automation and AI in Revenue Management.

Module 6: Strategic Decision-Making and Financial Impact: Strategic Planning and Scenario Analysis, Revenue Management and Financial Performance, Profit-Oriented Revenue Strategies (RevPAG, GOPPAR), Collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations, Ethical Issues and Legal Considerations, Case Studies and Capstone Project.
