Objective: The CRCA course is designed to equip professionals with a comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance principles. It enables learners to identify, assess, and evaluate various types of risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and reputational risks, and to develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively. The course also covers regulatory and legal requirements, corporate governance, and ethical practices to ensure organizational compliance.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Regulatory & Legal Frameworks: National and international regulatory environments, Key regulations (e.g., AML, GDPR, SOX, FCPA), Compliance obligations for industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing), Regulatory bodies, oversight and enforcement, Legal liability, sanctions and penalties, Emerging regulation trends (ESG, data privacy)

Module 3: Risk Identification, Assessment & Prioritisation: Techniques for risk identification (workshops, checklists, scenario‑analysis), Risk assessment methods (qualitative vs quantitative), Risk scoring, heat‑maps and prioritisation, Building and maintaining a risk register, Key risk indicators (KRIs) and early‑warning signals, Mapping risk to business‑objectives and controls

Module 4: Control Design, Mitigation & Compliance Programmes: Designing controls (preventive, detective, corrective), Developing compliance policies, procedures and code of conduct, Integration of risk‑mitigation strategies: avoid, transfer, accept, treat, Vendor/third‑party risk and supply‑chain compliance, Monitoring control effectiveness and internal audit linkages, Training, awareness and building a culture of compliance

Module 5: Monitoring, Auditing, Reporting & Incident Management: Compliance audits and investigations, Internal control testing and reporting, Incident escalation, remediation and root‑cause analysis, Compliance reporting to senior‑management/board, Data‑analytics and dashboards for risk/compliance monitoring, Business continuity, crisis‑response and compliance failure management

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
