Objective: The Certified Sustainability & ESG Professional course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to lead sustainability initiatives and manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within organizations. It focuses on sustainable business strategies, ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: ESG Foundations & Strategy: Definition and evolution of ESG, Business case for ESG integration, Stakeholder theory and ESG value drivers, ESG maturity models and assessment, Aligning ESG with corporate strategy, ESG risk and opportunity mapping

Module 2: Environmental Pillar (E): Climate change and greenhouse gas management, Resource efficiency and circular economy, Biodiversity and ecosystem impact, Pollution control and waste management, Renewable energy and energy transition, Environmental management systems and certification

Module 3: Social Pillar (S): Human rights and labor standards, Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), Community engagement and social investment, Employee health, safety & well‑being, Supply chain social responsibility, Social risk assessment and mitigation

Module 4: Governance Pillar (G): Corporate governance structures & board oversight, Ethics, compliance & anti‑corruption practices, Transparency and accountability in decision‑making, ESG roles and governance frameworks, Risk management and ESG governance, Executive compensation and ESG‑linked incentives

Module 5: ESG Metrics, Reporting & Disclosure: ESG frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD), Materiality assessment and double‑materiality, ESG KPI definition and performance measurement, ESG data collection, validation & assurance, ESG report preparation and credibility, Preventing greenwashing and building stakeholder trust

Module 6: ESG Implementation & Future Trends: ESG strategy implementation and roadmap, Embedding ESG culture and change management, Sustainable finance and ESG investment integration, Emerging ESG trends (net zero, circular supply chains), ESG innovation and technology (AI, blockchain), Monitoring, review & continuous improvement of ESG performance

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
