Objective: The Certified Textile Quality Analyst course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and technical skills needed to assess, test, and ensure the quality of textile materials at various stages of production. It focuses on fiber, yarn, fabric, garment, and finish quality assessment in compliance with national and international standards. This course prepares individuals for key roles in quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), textile testing labs, and manufacturing units.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Textile Quality Management: Overview of Textile Quality Concepts, Role of a Textile Quality Analyst, Types of Defects in Textile Manufacturing, Quality Assurance vs Quality Control, Quality Standards in Textiles (ISO, BIS, AATCC), Importance of Quality in Domestic and Export Markets.

Module 2: Fiber and Yarn Testing: Fiber Identification and Property Testing, Moisture Regain and Content, Yarn Count and Twist Measurement, Yarn Strength and Evenness Tests, Hairiness and Appearance Grading, Common Yarn Defects and Their Analysis.

Module 3: Fabric Testing and Inspection: Fabric Strength (Tensile, Tear, Bursting), Dimensional Stability and Shrinkage Tests, Abrasion and Pilling Resistance, Color Fastness Tests (Light, Wash, Rubbing), Air Permeability and Fabric Weight, Fabric Defects Identification and Reporting.

Module 4: Chemical and Processing Quality Evaluation: Pre-treatment Quality Parameters (Scouring, Bleaching), Dyeing Uniformity and Shade Matching, Printing Defects and Quality Control, Finishing Quality (Softness, Functional Finishes), Fastness Properties After Processing, Eco-Compliance and Chemical Safety.

Module 5: Quality Control Tools and Techniques: Inspection Systems (4-Point, 10-Point System), Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Sampling Methods and AQL Standards, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions, Documentation and Quality Audit Process, Use of Checklists and Quality Manuals.

Module 6: Sustainability and Lab Management in Textiles: Environmental and Social Compliance Standards (GOTS, OEKO-TEX), Waste Management and Resource Optimization, Laboratory Equipment Handling and Calibration, Health and Safety in Textile Labs, Internal and External Quality Audits, Case Studies in Quality Improvements.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
