Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Tourism Marketing and Promotion: Principles of marketing in tourism, Market segmentation and target audience, Branding and destination marketing, Use of digital and social media in tourism promotion, Public relations and tourism campaigns, Role of travel fairs and exhibitions.

Module 3: Travel Agency and Tour Operations Management: Functions of travel agencies and tour operators, Itinerary planning and costing, Types of tour packages (FIT, GIT, custom tours), Ticketing and reservation systems, Documentation and visa requirements, Customer handling and after-sales service.

Module 4: Tourism Products and Destination Management: Classification of tourism products (natural, cultural, adventure, wellness), Tourist destination lifecycle and sustainability, Role of local communities in tourism, Destination planning and development, Heritage and eco-tourism management, Government tourism policies and bodies.

Module 5: Hospitality and Service Management in Tourism: Interrelation between tourism and hospitality, Front office and guest handling procedures, Accommodation and transport coordination, Service quality and customer experience, Event and MICE tourism basics, Handling guest feedback and service recovery
