Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Workshop Facilitation Specialist course is designed to develop professionals’ skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating effective workshops that maximize participant engagement and learning outcomes. The program covers needs assessment, agenda setting, interactive facilitation techniques, group dynamics management, conflict resolution, time management, and evaluation methods. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals of Workshop Facilitation: Role and responsibilities of a workshop facilitator, Understanding adult learning principles, Workshop planning and preparation, Setting clear objectives and outcomes, Understanding participant needs, Creating a positive learning environment.

Module 2: Designing Effective Workshops: Structuring workshop agendas, Selecting appropriate facilitation methods, Incorporating interactive activities, Balancing content delivery and participant engagement, Time management strategies, Customizing workshops for diverse audiences.

Module 3: Communication and Presentation Skills: Verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, Building rapport and trust, Active listening and questioning, Managing group dynamics, Handling difficult participants, Using storytelling to enhance learning.

Module 4: Facilitation Tools and Techniques: Using visual aids and technology, Facilitation techniques (brainstorming, mind mapping, role-playing), Managing breakout sessions, Conflict resolution during workshops, Encouraging collaboration and participation, Using feedback tools effectively.

Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluating Workshop Effectiveness: Setting evaluation criteria, Collecting participant feedback, Analyzing workshop outcomes, Adjusting facilitation approaches based on feedback, Measuring learning and behavior change, Reporting results to stakeholders.

Module 6: Professional Growth and Ethics in Facilitation: Developing a personal facilitation style, Continuous learning and skill development, Ethical considerations in facilitation, Maintaining neutrality and confidentiality, Networking with other facilitators, Staying updated with facilitation trends and best practices.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
