Objective: The Certified Yoga Psychology Professional course is designed to train individuals to integrate principles of psychology with yoga practices to support mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. The course provides knowledge of human psychology, cognitive and emotional processes, and therapeutic yoga techniques, including postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 3: Yoga Practices for Mental Health: Asanas for mental clarity and emotional balance, Breathwork (pranayama) for stress management, Meditation and mindfulness techniques, Visualization and guided imagery, Relaxation and restorative yoga practices, Sequencing practices for therapeutic outcomes

Module 4: Therapeutic Applications of Yoga Psychology: Integrating yoga and psychological interventions, Techniques for anxiety and depression management, Enhancing focus, motivation, and resilience, Using yoga psychology for behavioral modification, Emotional intelligence and social well-being, Designing personalized yoga psychology programs

Module 5: Assessment, Observation, and Intervention: Psychological assessment tools and techniques, Observing mental and emotional states, Identifying stress and behavioral patterns, Planning interventions through yoga practices, Monitoring progress and effectiveness, Record keeping and ethical considerations
