Objective: The Professional Diploma in Business Correspondence is designed to provide students with practical knowledge of professional writing, business communication methods, and documentation practices. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Digital Business Communication: Email writing techniques, Professional email formats and etiquette, Online business communication practices, Digital document preparation, Electronic correspondence management, Instant messaging for business, Virtual communication tools, Managing business attachments and files, Data privacy in digital communication, Maintaining professional online communication.

Module 4: Report Writing and Business Documentation: Fundamentals of business report writing, Types of business reports, Report structure and presentation, Preparing proposals and business documents, Meeting agenda and minutes preparation, Memorandum writing, Office notices and circulars, Documentation standards and procedures, Editing and reviewing business documents, Maintaining business records.
