Objective: The Professional Diploma in Corporate Etiquette aims to enhance learners’ understanding of professional manners, workplace behavior, communication standards, and business protocols. The course focuses on building confidence, interpersonal skills, professional presence, and ethical conduct to help learners create positive impressions and succeed in corporate environments.

Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get Enroll Now tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 2: Professional Communication Etiquette: Verbal Communication Etiquette, Written Communication Standards, Email Etiquette and Best Practices, Telephone and Virtual Communication Etiquette, Active Listening and Response Skills, Professional Conversation Techniques, Meeting Communication Etiquette, Presentation and Public Speaking Etiquette, Cross-Cultural Communication Etiquette, Digital Communication Protocols.

Module 3: Workplace Behaviour and Professional Conduct: Workplace Behaviour Standards, Office Manners and Professional Discipline, Time Management Etiquette, Respectful Workplace Practices, Team Collaboration Etiquette, Conflict Handling and Professional Responses, Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence at Workplace, Maintaining Positive Workplace Relationships, Building Professional Trust.

Module 4: Business Meeting and Social Etiquette: Business Meeting Etiquette, Agenda Preparation and Meeting Participation, Professional Introductions and Greetings, Networking Etiquette, Business Card Etiquette, Dining and Table Etiquette, Corporate Event Behaviour, Client Interaction Etiquette, Hosting and Guest Management, International Business Etiquette Practices.

Module 5: Personal Branding and Professional Appearance: Importance of Professional Image, Workplace Dress Code and Grooming Standards, Body Language and Non-Verbal Etiquette, Personal Branding Strategies, Professional Presence and Confidence Building, Social Media Professional Etiquette, Public Behaviour and Reputation Management, Leadership Etiquette, Professional Courtesy Practices, Developing a Strong Corporate Identity.

Module 6: Advanced Corporate Etiquette Applications: Executive and Leadership Etiquette, Global Corporate Etiquette Practices, Workplace Ethics and Compliance, Customer Service Etiquette, Remote Work and Virtual Office Etiquette, Corporate Relationship Management, Etiquette in Negotiations and Business Deals, Case Studies in Corporate Etiquette, Professional Etiquette Skill Development, Future Trends in Workplace Professionalism.
