Objective: The Professional Diploma in Fashion Designing aims to develop creative and skilled fashion professionals with knowledge of design principles, garment construction, textiles, styling, and fashion trends. The course focuses on fashion illustration, pattern making, fabric selection, sewing techniques, and design development. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 2: Fashion Illustration and Design Development: Fundamentals of Fashion Sketching, Fashion Figure Drawing Techniques, Understanding Body Proportions, Garment Illustration Methods, Color Theory and Application, Fabric Rendering Techniques, Design Concept Development, Creating Fashion Mood Boards, Design Presentation Skills, Developing Creative Fashion Collections.

Module 3: Fabric Studies and Textile Knowledge: Introduction to Textiles and Fabrics, Natural and Synthetic Fibers, Fabric Properties and Characteristics, Textile Construction Methods, Fabric Selection for Garments, Dyeing and Printing Techniques, Surface Ornamentation Methods, Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Textiles, Fabric Care and Maintenance, Textile Market Awareness.

Module 4: Pattern Making and Garment Construction: Basics of Pattern Making, Measurement Techniques and Size Development, Drafting Basic Garment Patterns, Pattern Alteration Methods, Draping Techniques, Cutting Techniques and Fabric Handling, Sewing Tools and Equipment, Garment Assembly Processes, Finishing Techniques and Quality Control, Creating Professional Garment Samples.

Module 5: Fashion Styling and Collection Development: Fashion Styling Principles, Personal and Professional Styling, Trend Analysis and Fashion Forecasting, Creating Theme-Based Collections, Garment Coordination and Styling, Accessory Selection and Coordination, Fashion Photography Basics, Fashion Portfolio Development, Fashion Show Planning and Presentation, Developing Designer Identity.

Module 6: Fashion Business and Professional Practice: Fashion Entrepreneurship Concepts, Fashion Brand Development, Production Planning and Management, Costing and Pricing of Garments, Fashion Marketing Strategies, Digital Fashion Promotion, Retail and Merchandising Basics, Client Management and Communication, Fashion Industry Networking, Professional Career Development in Fashion Designing.
