Objective: The Professional Diploma in Hospitality Management aims to develop skilled hospitality professionals with knowledge of accommodation services, food and beverage operations, guest relations, event management, and hospitality practices. The course focuses on building communication, leadership, customer service, and operational management skills required in the hospitality sector. Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 2: Front Office and Guest Service Management: Introduction to Front Office Operations, Reservation and Booking Management, Guest Arrival and Departure Procedures, Reception and Lobby Management, Room Allocation and Inventory Control, Guest Registration and Documentation, Concierge and Guest Assistance Services, Handling Guest Complaints and Service Recovery, Customer Relationship Management, Front Office Technology and Property Management Systems.
Module 3: Accommodation and Housekeeping Management: Introduction to Accommodation Operations, Housekeeping Department Structure and Functions, Room Cleaning and Maintenance Procedures, Bed Making and Room Presentation Standards, Linen and Laundry Management, Cleaning Equipment and Chemical Handling, Public Area Maintenance and Safety, Room Inspection and Quality Control, Sustainable Housekeeping Practices, Coordination Between Housekeeping and Other Departments.
