Objective: The objective of the Professional Diploma in HR Compliance Documentation is to develop practical knowledge and skills required for managing accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance processes. Module 3: Labor Law Compliance Documentation Introduction to Labor Law Compliance, Statutory Registers and Records, Employment Compliance Documents, Wage and Salary Records, Payroll Compliance Documentation, Working Hours and Attendance Compliance, Leave and Benefit Compliance Records, Workplace Safety Documentation, Labor Inspection Requirements, Maintaining Compliance Reports.

Module 4: HR Policies and Procedure Documentation Developing HR Policies, Employee Handbook Creation, Code of Conduct Documentation, Recruitment and Selection Policies, Compensation and Benefits Policies, Performance Management Policies, Leave and Attendance Policies, Disciplinary Action Procedures, Grievance Handling Procedures, Policy Review and Updating Process.
