Objective: The objective of the Professional Diploma in Labour Documentation is to develop practical knowledge and skills required to manage labour-related records, documents, and compliance processes effectively. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Module 2: Employee Employment and Service Records Employee Personal Records, Employment Agreements and Contracts, Appointment Letters and Joining Documents, Employee Identity and Verification Records, Service Register Maintenance, Employee Attendance Records, Leave and Holiday Records, Transfer and Promotion Documentation, Employee Performance Records, Exit and Separation Documents.

Module 3: Statutory Labour Documentation and Compliance Labour Law Compliance Records, Statutory Registers Maintenance, Wage and Salary Registers, Muster Roll and Attendance Registers, Overtime Records, Leave Registers, Bonus and Gratuity Records, Provident Fund (PF) Documentation, Employee State Insurance (ESI) Records, Labour Inspection Documentation.

Module 4: Payroll and Wage Documentation Payroll Documentation Process, Salary Structure Records, Payroll Input Documents, Salary Slips and Wage Statements, Deduction Records, Tax and Statutory Deduction Documents, Incentive and Bonus Documentation, Final Settlement Records, Payroll Compliance Reports, Maintaining Payroll Records.

Module 5: Labour Policies and Workplace Documentation Employee Handbook Documentation, Workplace Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct Records, Disciplinary Action Documentation, Warning and Notice Letters, Grievance Records, Workplace Safety Documents, Employee Welfare Records, Training and Development Records, Policy Review and Documentation Management.

Module 6: Digital Labour Documentation and Audit Management Digital Labour Records Management, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Electronic Document Management, Data Security and Confidentiality, Labour Documentation Audit Process, Compliance Checklist Preparation, Document Verification Methods, Labour Audit Reports, Record Retention Practices, Future Trends in Labour Documentation Management.
