Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 2: Individual Behaviour in Organizations: Personality and Individual Differences, Perception and Attribution Theory, Learning and Behaviour Modification, Employee Attitudes and Job Satisfaction, Values and Beliefs in Organizations, Motivation and Employee Performance, Emotional Intelligence at Workplace, Work Stress and Coping Strategies, Individual Decision-Making Process, Managing Individual Behaviour Effectively.

Module 3: Group Behaviour and Team Dynamics: Introduction to Group Behaviour, Types and Formation of Groups, Group Development Stages, Team Building and Team Effectiveness, Group Decision-Making Processes, Communication in Organizations, Leadership and Leadership Styles, Power and Politics in Organizations, Conflict Management and Resolution, Collaboration and Workplace Relationships.

Module 4: Organizational Culture and Structure: Concept and Importance of Organizational Culture, Types of Organizational Culture, Organizational Values and Ethics, Organizational Structure and Design, Formal and Informal Organizations, Organizational Climate and Workplace Environment, Change Management and Organizational Development, Resistance to Organizational Change, Diversity and Inclusion Management, Building a Positive Organizational Culture.

Module 5: Leadership, Motivation and Employee Engagement: Theories of Leadership, Transformational and Transactional Leadership, Situational Leadership Approaches, Motivation Theories and Applications, Employee Engagement Strategies, Performance Management Systems, Reward and Recognition Practices, Employee Empowerment and Participation, Workplace Well-Being and Satisfaction, Leadership Development Programs.
