Module 4: Construction Documentation and Contract Awareness: Introduction to Construction Documents, Drawings and Specification Interpretation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation Awareness, Tender Documents Understanding, Construction Contract Basics, Types of Construction Contracts, Contract Administration Procedures, Payment Certification Process, Claims and Dispute Awareness, Documentation Management Practices.

Module 5: Site Measurement and Project Coordination: Site Measurement Techniques, Quantity Verification at Site, Progress Measurement and Reporting, Material Usage Monitoring, Labour Cost Monitoring, Coordination with Engineers and Contractors, Site Inspection Procedures, Quality and Quantity Control, Construction Progress Evaluation, Site Records and Reporting.
