Objective: The Professional Diploma in Records Management is designed to provide students with practical knowledge of record creation, classification, storage, maintenance, and retrieval processes. It focuses on developing skills in document control, data management, filing systems, digital record keeping, and the use of modern tools for efficient information management. Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get Enroll Now tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 4: Electronic Records Management: Introduction to digital records management, Electronic document management systems, Digital file organization and storage, Database-based records management, Scanning and digitization of records, Metadata creation and management, Electronic records retrieval techniques, Cloud-based records storage, Data backup and recovery methods, Managing electronic records security.

Module 5: Records Retention and Disposal Management: Records retention policies and schedules, Determining record value and importance, Legal requirements for record retention, Archiving procedures and practices, Transfer of records to archives, Record appraisal and evaluation, Safe disposal methods for records, Confidential destruction procedures, Monitoring retention compliance, Maintaining disposal documentation.
