Objective: The Professional Diploma in Ticketing Operations aims to develop skilled professionals with knowledge of ticketing procedures, reservation systems, fare calculations, travel documentation, and customer service practices. The course focuses on building skills in airline and travel ticketing processes, booking management, communication, and accurate transaction handling. Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get Enroll Now tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Fare Calculation and Ticket Issuance Procedures: Basic Principles of Air Fare Calculation, Domestic and International Fare Structures, Fare Basis Codes and Ticket Conditions, Airline Taxes and Additional Charges Calculation, Baggage Allowance and Travel Restrictions, Ticket Issuance and Confirmation Procedures, Ticket Revalidation and Reissue Process, Refund and Cancellation Policies, Special Fares and Discount Management, Preparing Complete Ticketing Documents.

Module 4: Passenger Services and Travel Documentation: Passenger Check-In Support and Airport Assistance, Boarding Procedures and Airline Service Information, Passport and Visa Documentation Requirements, Immigration and Customs Procedures, Travel Insurance and Safety Guidelines, Special Passenger Handling Services, Corporate and Group Travel Assistance, Managing Passenger Complaints and Service Recovery, Pre-Travel and Post-Travel Support, Maintaining Passenger Satisfaction and Service Quality.
