Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Nursing Assistant course is designed to prepare students to provide essential patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. The program covers basic nursing skills, anatomy and physiology, infection control, patient safety, vital signs monitoring, hygiene assistance, nutrition support, and effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Nursing Assistance: Overview of Nursing Assistance, Role and Responsibilities of a CNA, Key Terminology and Concepts, Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries, Importance of Patient Care, Ethical and Legal Considerations

Module 2: Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology: Human Body Systems Overview, Musculoskeletal System, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems, Nervous and Endocrine Systems, Basic Medical Terminology, Application of Anatomy and Physiology in Nursing Care

Module 3: Patient Care and Clinical Skills: Patient Hygiene and Personal Care, Vital Signs Measurement, Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Feeding and Nutrition Support, Patient Mobility and Positioning, Infection Control and Safety Procedures

Module 4: Medical Procedures and Equipment: Assisting with Medical Examinations, Basic Wound Care and Dressing Changes, Use of Medical Equipment (BP Monitors, Glucometers, etc.), Specimen Collection and Handling, Monitoring Patient Condition, Documentation of Clinical Procedures

Module 5: Special Populations and Care Considerations: Geriatric and Elderly Care, Pediatric and Infant Care, Care for Patients with Chronic Illnesses, Mental Health and Behavioral Considerations, Rehabilitation and Post-Surgery Support, Cultural and Individualized Patient Care

Module 6: Professional Practice and Workplace Skills: Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Teamwork and Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals, Ethical and Professional Standards, Time Management and Organization, Emergency Response and First Aid, Career Development and Continuing Education

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
