Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Change Management in Education: Definition and importance of change management, Role of a change management consultant, Types of educational change (curriculum, technology, policy), Key change management theories and models, Understanding organizational culture in education, Ethical considerations in managing change.

Module 2: Assessing Change Readiness and Impact: Conducting change readiness assessments, Stakeholder analysis and engagement, Identifying barriers and facilitators to change, Evaluating impact on staff, students, and systems, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies, Using data to inform change decisions.

Module 3: Planning and Designing Change Initiatives: Developing change management strategies and plans, Setting clear objectives and goals, Communication planning for change, Designing training and support programs, Resource allocation and budgeting for change, Aligning change with institutional vision and goals.
