Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Healthcare Policy and Compliance: Overview of healthcare policy and regulatory environment, Roles and responsibilities of a healthcare policy & compliance manager, Importance of compliance in healthcare organizations, Key healthcare laws and regulations, Ethical and professional standards, Impact of policy on patient care and operations

Module 2: Healthcare Regulatory Framework: Overview of national and international healthcare regulations, Accreditation standards (JCI, NABH, ISO), Compliance with patient safety and quality standards, Licensing and certification requirements, Understanding HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations, Reporting obligations and regulatory updates

Module 3: Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying operational, clinical, financial, and strategic risks, Risk assessment methodologies, Developing risk mitigation strategies, Monitoring and controlling compliance risks, Incident reporting and root cause analysis, Continuous improvement in risk management

Module 4: Policy Development and Implementation: Designing healthcare policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), Aligning policies with regulatory requirements, Communication and training on policies, Monitoring policy adherence, Policy review and updates, Integration with organizational strategy and operations
