Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Healthcare Operations Management: Role and responsibilities of a Healthcare Operations Manager, Overview of healthcare delivery systems and structures, Key functions and workflow in hospital operations, Understanding healthcare policies and regulatory frameworks, Principles of healthcare administration and management, Stakeholder roles in operational efficiency.

Module 2: Healthcare Facility and Resource Management: Planning and management of healthcare facilities and infrastructure, Equipment procurement, maintenance, and utilization, Managing medical and non-medical supplies and inventory, Space planning and optimization in clinical settings, Facility safety, security, and emergency preparedness, Environmental and waste management practices.

Module 3: Human Resource Management in Healthcare: Workforce planning and staffing strategies, Recruitment, training, and staff performance evaluation, Labor laws and employee relations in healthcare, Staff scheduling and shift management, Employee engagement and retention strategies, Leadership and team development.

Module 4: Financial and Budgetary Management: Healthcare budgeting and cost control techniques, Revenue cycle management and billing procedures, Financial reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs), Procurement planning and contract management, Insurance reimbursement and claims processing, Financial decision-making and resource allocation.

Module 5: Quality, Safety, and Compliance Management: Implementing quality assurance programs and standards, Patient safety practices and incident reporting, Infection control and clinical safety measures, Accreditation standards (NABH, JCI) and compliance requirements, Risk management and regulatory documentation, Monitoring and auditing healthcare operations.
