Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Reservations Management: Role and Responsibilities of a Reservations Manager, Overview of Reservation Systems and Technologies, Types of Reservations (Direct, OTA, GDS), Reservation Policies and Procedures, Impact of Reservations on Hotel Revenue, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Reservations.

Module 2: Reservation Systems and Software: Property Management System (PMS) Integration, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Overview, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) Interface, Channel Management Tools, Booking Engines and Direct Reservations, Troubleshooting System Issues.

Module 3: Reservation Processes and Techniques: Handling Booking Requests and Modifications, Group and Individual Reservations, Cancellation and No-show Policies, Upselling and Cross-selling during Reservation, Managing Overbooking Situations, Communication Best Practices with Guests and Travel Agents.

Module 4: Revenue Management and Yield Optimization: Forecasting Reservation Demand, Inventory Control and Allocation, Dynamic Pricing Impact on Reservations, Collaboration with Revenue and Sales Teams, Analyzing Reservation Data for Trends, Reporting on Reservation Performance.

Module 5: Customer Service and Relationship Management: Building Guest Profiles and Preferences, Handling Special Requests and VIP Bookings, Conflict Resolution and Complaint Handling, Enhancing Guest Experience Pre-Arrival, CRM Tools for Reservations Teams, Developing Long-Term Guest Relationships.
