Duration: Three Months.

The course covers foundational concepts in robotics including mechanics, electronics, programming, and system integration, tailored to various student age groups and learning levels.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Robotics and Its Educational Importance: Overview of robotics and its history, Role of robotics in STEM education, Types of robots and applications, Basics of robotics components (sensors, actuators, controllers), Educational benefits of robotics learning, Ethical and safety considerations in robotics teaching.

Module 2: Robotics Hardware and Software Fundamentals: Understanding robot hardware components, Introduction to microcontrollers and processors, Overview of robotics sensors and their functions, Basics of actuators and motors, Common robotics software platforms, Programming environments for robotics.

Module 3: Programming for Robotics: Introduction to programming languages used in robotics (e.g., Python, C++, block-based), Writing basic robot control programs, Implementing sensor input and actuator output, Debugging and testing robotics code, Using simulation tools, Integrating algorithms for autonomous behavior.

Module 4: Designing and Building Robotics Projects: Steps in designing robotics projects, Using kits and custom components, Building mechanical structures, Wiring and electronics assembly, Troubleshooting common issues, Encouraging creativity and innovation in projects.

Module 5: Classroom Management and Instructional Strategies: Planning and organizing robotics lessons, Differentiating instruction for varied skill levels, Engaging students through hands-on activities, Safety protocols in the robotics lab, Assessing student progress and projects, Facilitating teamwork and collaboration.

Module 6: Professional Development and Industry Trends: Keeping up-to-date with robotics technology advances, Participating in robotics competitions and events, Networking with educational and industry professionals, Integrating robotics with other STEM subjects, Promoting robotics education advocacy, Reflective teaching and continuous skill enhancement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
