Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Acro Yoga Instructor course is designed to provide comprehensive training in the art and science of Acro Yoga, a dynamic practice that combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. This course equips participants with the physical skills, technical knowledge, and teaching methodology required to guide individuals and groups safely through partner-based movement, balancing, and therapeutic flying techniques.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Acro Yoga: Introduction to Acro Yoga and its origins, Principles of trust, connection, and communication, Roles of base, flyer, and spotter, Importance of warm-up and partner conditioning, Safety guidelines and spotting techniques, Building foundational strength and flexibility.

Module 2: Anatomy & Biomechanics in Acro Yoga: Understanding body mechanics in acrobatic movement, Core engagement and balance control, Joint safety and alignment awareness, Strength training for base and flyer, Flexibility and mobility development, Injury prevention and recovery strategies.

Module 3: Basic Acro Yoga Techniques: Foundational poses (Bird, Throne, Front Plank), Transitions between poses, Static vs. dynamic movements, Calibrations and trust exercises, Entry and exit techniques, Partner yoga drills for coordination.

Module 4: Intermediate Sequences & Flow Building: Linking poses into flow sequences, Introduction to inversions and hand balancing, Counterbalance and counterweight concepts, Transitional control and fluidity, Working with tempo and rhythm, Creative sequencing and improvisation.

Module 5: Teaching Methodology & Class Management: Structuring an Acro Yoga class, Teaching cueing and clear communication, Managing group dynamics and safety, Adjusting for different skill levels, Ethical touch and professional boundaries, Encouraging consent and inclusivity in partner work.

Module 6: Practical Training & Certification Assessment: Demonstration of core poses and transitions, Leading warm-ups and cooldowns, Spotting assessment and partner drills, Creating and leading a themed Acro Yoga session, Peer teaching and feedback sessions, Final practical evaluation and certification review.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
