Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Change Professional course is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to successfully lead change within organizations. The program covers change management theories, stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, risk assessment, and techniques to overcome resistance.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Change Management: Definition and importance of change management, Types of organizational change, Change management theories and models (Lewin, Kotter, ADKAR), Role and responsibilities of a change manager, Change readiness assessment, Change management terminology and concepts.

Module 2: Change Planning and Strategy: Developing a change management strategy, Stakeholder identification and analysis, Communication planning for change, Risk assessment and mitigation in change initiatives, Aligning change with organizational goals, Building a change management team.

Module 3: Leading and Managing Change: Change leadership vs management, Building sponsorship and executive support, Influencing and engagement techniques, Overcoming resistance to change, Coaching and supporting employees, Creating a culture that embraces change.

Module 4: Change Implementation: Executing the change plan, Training and development for change, Managing transition phases, Monitoring and tracking change progress, Issue and conflict resolution during change, Adjusting plans based on feedback.

Module 5: Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication strategies, Tailoring messages for different audiences, Two-way communication and feedback loops, Managing difficult conversations, Stakeholder engagement techniques, Using digital tools for communication.

Module 6: Evaluating and Sustaining Change: Measuring change outcomes and impact, Key performance indicators for change management, Conducting post-implementation reviews, Reinforcing and sustaining change, Lessons learned and continuous improvement, Reporting and documentation best practices.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
