Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Conflict Resolution: Definition and types of conflict, Causes and sources of workplace conflict, Stages of conflict development, Positive vs negative conflict outcomes, Importance of early intervention, Role of a conflict resolution specialist.

Module 2: Understanding Human Behavior and Communication: Basics of interpersonal communication, Emotional intelligence in conflict situations, Active listening and empathy, Verbal and non-verbal communication cues, Identifying communication barriers, Building rapport and trust.

Module 3: Conflict Resolution Strategies and Styles: Overview of conflict management styles (avoiding, accommodating, competing, collaborating, compromising), Choosing the appropriate strategy, Techniques for de-escalating tension, Interest-based vs position-based negotiation, Power dynamics in conflict, Case study analysis.

Module 4: Mediation and Facilitation Techniques: Phases of the mediation process, Role and responsibilities of a mediator, Facilitating difficult conversations, Creating a safe and neutral space, Achieving win-win outcomes, Drafting and following up on agreements.

Module 5: Conflict in Teams and Organizations: Team dynamics and group conflict, Conflict prevention strategies, Managing virtual team conflicts, Leadership’s role in conflict resolution, Organizational policies and conflict resolution frameworks, Creating a culture of open communication.

Module 6: Legal, Ethical, and Cultural Considerations: Workplace conflict and labor laws, Ethical principles in conflict resolution, Confidentiality and impartiality, Cross-cultural conflict resolution, Addressing discrimination and harassment issues, Developing personal and organizational conflict competence.
