Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The objective of the Certified Construction Team Leader course is to equip participants with essential leadership, communication, and management skills specific to the construction industry. The course covers team dynamics, conflict resolution, task delegation, safety leadership, and performance monitoring.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Leadership Fundamentals in Construction: Roles and responsibilities of a construction team leader, Leadership styles and their application, Effective communication skills, Decision-making and problem-solving, Building trust and team motivation, Ethical leadership and professional conduct.

Module 2: Construction Project Management Basics: Understanding construction project phases, Planning and scheduling basics, Resource allocation and management, Monitoring progress and productivity, Risk identification and mitigation, Quality control and assurance.

Module 3: Team Building and Conflict Resolution: Techniques for building effective teams, Managing diverse workgroups, Conflict identification and resolution strategies, Encouraging collaboration and cooperation, Handling difficult personalities, Promoting a positive work environment.

Module 4: Safety Leadership and Compliance: Implementing site safety programs, Safety regulations and standards, Conducting safety meetings and toolbox talks, Incident reporting and investigation, Promoting safety culture, Managing emergency response procedures.

Module 5: Communication and Reporting: Effective verbal and written communication on site, Conducting meetings and briefings, Preparing progress and status reports, Documentation and record keeping, Using technology for communication, Stakeholder engagement and coordination.

Module 6: Performance Management and Development: Setting performance goals and expectations, Monitoring and evaluating team performance, Providing feedback and coaching, Training and skill development, Handling disciplinary actions, Encouraging continuous improvement and learning.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
