Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Corporate Wellness Coordinator course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop, implement, and manage effective wellness programs within workplace settings. The course focuses on understanding employee health needs, designing evidence-based wellness initiatives, promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors, and evaluating program outcomes.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Corporate Wellness: Introduction to corporate wellness concepts, Evolution and importance of workplace wellness programs, Roles and responsibilities of a wellness coordinator, Organizational culture and its impact on employee health, Legal/ethical considerations in workplace wellness, Understanding employee needs and workplace demographics

Module 2: Health Promotion & Disease Prevention: Principles of health promotion, Common chronic diseases in the workplace, Behavioral risk factors and lifestyle assessment, Stress management and mental health awareness, Nutrition and physical activity guidelines, Strategies for reducing health risks among employees

Module 3: Designing Effective Wellness Programs: Needs assessment and data collection methods, Setting goals and measurable outcomes, Designing multi-level wellness initiatives, Incentive-based wellness strategies, Technology and digital tools for wellness tracking, Creating inclusive and accessible wellness programs

Module 4: Program Implementation & Management: Developing an implementation plan, Organizing workshops, seminars, and wellness events, Coordinating vendor partnerships and external resources, Workplace ergonomics and safety integration, Managing wellness program logistics and scheduling, Ensuring program engagement and participation

Module 5: Evaluation, Metrics & Reporting: Methods for evaluating wellness programs, Data analysis and outcome measurement, ROI and VOI (Value on Investment) analysis, Reporting results to stakeholders and leadership, Continuous improvement of wellness initiatives, Identifying barriers and enhancing program effectiveness

Module 6: Leadership, Communication & Professional Development: Effective communication strategies for wellness promotion, Leading wellness committees and teams, Building a health-supportive workplace culture, Conflict resolution and employee support skills, Career pathways and professional growth in corporate wellness, Staying updated with current trends and research in workplace wellness

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
