Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Cost Accounting: Introduction to Cost Accounting, Types and Classification of Costs, Costing Methods and Techniques, Cost Recording and Cost Sheet Preparation, Material and Labor Costing, Overhead Costing and Absorption.

Module 2: Cost Control and Cost Reduction: Budgeting and Budgetary Control, Standard Costing and Variance Analysis, Cost Control Techniques, Cost Reduction Strategies, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), Life Cycle Costing.

Module 3: Management Accounting and Decision Making: Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Marginal Costing and Break-even Analysis, Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis, Relevant Costing for Decision Making, Pricing Decisions and Profit Planning.

Module 4: Budgeting and Financial Planning: Types of Budgets and Budget Preparation, Capital Budgeting Techniques, Cash Flow and Fund Flow Analysis, Working Capital Management, Financial Forecasting, Performance Measurement and Evaluation.

Module 5: Accounting Standards and Ethics: Overview of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IFRS), Ethical Issues in Cost and Management Accounting, Corporate Governance and Professional Conduct, Role of CMA in Compliance, Internal Control Systems, Audit and Assurance.

Module 6: Advanced Topics in Cost and Management Accounting: Target Costing and Kaizen Costing, Transfer Pricing, Activity-Based Management, Strategic Cost Management, Balanced Scorecard and KPI, Emerging Trends and Technology in Cost Accounting.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
