Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: CRM Project Planning and Strategy: Defining CRM Project Objectives and Scope, Stakeholder Identification and Engagement, CRM Vendor Evaluation and Selection, Budgeting and Resource Allocation, Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning, Creating a CRM Implementation Roadmap.

Module 3: CRM Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis, Defining Functional and Technical Requirements, Customer Data Collection and Segmentation, Integration Needs with Existing Systems, Compliance and Data Privacy Considerations, Prioritizing CRM Features and Customizations.

Module 4: CRM System Configuration and Customization: System Setup and User Role Definition, Customizing Workflows and Automation, Data Migration Planning and Execution, Developing Dashboards and Reports, User Interface Personalization, Testing and Quality Assurance Procedures.

Module 5: Change Management and User Adoption: Developing Training Programs and Materials, Communication Plans for Stakeholders, Managing Resistance to Change, Promoting User Engagement and Feedback, Monitoring Adoption Metrics, Continuous Support and Troubleshooting.
