Objective: The Certified Experiential Learning Professional course is designed to equip educators and trainers with the knowledge and skills to design, facilitate, and assess experiential learning opportunities that promote active, hands-on learning and real-world application. The course covers experiential learning theories, instructional design for experiential activities, reflection techniques, assessment methods, and integration of experiential learning into various educational contexts.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Experiential Learning: Definition and principles of experiential learning, Historical development and key theorists (Dewey, Kolb, etc.), The experiential learning cycle, Benefits and challenges, Differentiating experiential from traditional learning, Ethical considerations in experiential learning.

Module 2: Designing Experiential Learning Activities: Identifying learning objectives and outcomes, Types of experiential learning activities (simulations, fieldwork, projects), Structuring activities using the experiential learning cycle, Incorporating reflection and debriefing, Ensuring safety and accessibility, Aligning activities with curriculum standards.

Module 3: Facilitating Experiential Learning: Role of the facilitator in experiential learning, Techniques for guiding reflection, Managing group dynamics, Encouraging learner autonomy and risk-taking, Adapting facilitation for diverse learners, Using questioning to deepen learning.

Module 4: Assessment and Evaluation in Experiential Learning: Designing formative and summative assessments, Using rubrics and self-assessment tools, Documenting learner progress and reflections, Providing constructive feedback, Measuring impact on knowledge and skills, Using assessment data to improve activities.

Module 5: Integrating Technology in Experiential Learning: Digital tools for simulations and virtual experiences, Online collaboration platforms, Using multimedia for reflection and presentation, Tracking and managing experiential learning data, Enhancing accessibility with technology, Ethical use of technology in learning experiences.

• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
