Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The objective of the Certified Finance Professional course is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and control. The course covers investment appraisal, risk management, capital structure, working capital management, and regulatory compliance.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Financial Management: Role and responsibilities of a finance manager, Financial statement analysis, Time value of money concepts, Financial markets and instruments, Corporate finance basics, Ethical standards in finance.

Module 2: Financial Planning and Budgeting: Budgeting techniques and processes, Forecasting methods, Working capital management, Capital budgeting and investment appraisal, Cash flow management, Financial planning for growth.

Module 3: Financial Reporting and Compliance: Accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS), Financial reporting requirements, Internal controls and audits, Regulatory compliance, Taxation fundamentals, Reporting for stakeholders.

Module 4: Risk Management and Internal Controls: Types of financial risks, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies, Insurance and hedging, Internal control systems, Fraud prevention and detection, Corporate governance.

Module 5: Financing and Capital Structure: Sources of finance (debt, equity, hybrid), Cost of capital and WACC, Capital structure decisions, Dividend policy and payout strategies, Leasing and factoring, Raising funds from capital markets.

Module 6: Strategic Financial Management and Leadership: Strategic financial analysis, Mergers and acquisitions overview, Financial decision making under uncertainty, Performance measurement and KPIs, Leadership and communication skills, Technology and innovation in finance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
