Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Project Finance: Concept and Scope of Project Finance, Key Players in Project Finance, Public vs Private Sector Projects, Types of Projects and Financing Needs, Regulatory and Legal Framework, Stages of Project Development.

Module 2: Project Planning and Feasibility Analysis: Project Identification and Screening, Technical Feasibility, Market Analysis and Demand Estimation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Financial Feasibility, Risk Analysis and Mitigation.

Module 3: Financial Structuring and Modeling: Capital Structure Planning, Sources of Project Finance (Equity, Debt, Mezzanine), Cash Flow Projections, Sensitivity and Scenario Analysis, Break-even and Payback Analysis, Excel-based Financial Modeling.

Module 4: Credit Appraisal and Risk Management: Key Financial Ratios in Appraisal, Credit Rating Process, Project Risk Identification and Classification, Legal and Regulatory Risks, Political and Environmental Risks, Mitigation Strategies and Insurance.

Module 5: Legal Documentation and Compliance: Key Project Finance Agreements (Loan Agreement, Shareholders Agreement), Security Creation and Collateral Management, Legal Due Diligence, Regulatory and Statutory Compliance, Contract Negotiation, Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.

Module 6: Monitoring, Evaluation and Exit Strategies: Post-Finance Monitoring Techniques, Project Performance Indicators, Financial Reporting and Audit Requirements, Exit Strategies (IPO, Buyout, Strategic Sale), Portfolio Management for Lenders/Investors, Case Studies and Industry Practices.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
