Objective: The Certified Hatha Flow Yoga Teacher course is designed to train individuals to teach Hatha Flow Yoga, a practice that combines traditional Hatha yoga postures with dynamic, flowing sequences. The course provides knowledge of alignment, breath control, sequencing, and transitions, helping participants understand how to create balanced, safe, and energizing classes.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Asanas and Sequencing for Hatha Flow: Core Hatha postures for strength and flexibility, Dynamic sequencing and flow techniques, Alignment and posture correction, Modifications for different abilities, Use of props for support, Designing balanced Hatha Flow classes

Module 3: Pranayama and Breathwork: Fundamentals of pranayama, Breath synchronization with movement, Energizing and calming breathing techniques, Therapeutic applications of breathwork, Integrating breath with flow sequences, Safety guidelines and contraindications

Module 4: Meditation and Mindfulness in Hatha Flow: Guided meditation techniques, Mindfulness practices during flow, Breath-focused awareness for concentration, Visualization and body scan methods, Techniques for stress reduction, Structuring meditation sessions within flow classes

Module 5: Anatomy, Physiology, and Safety: Musculoskeletal system in yoga practice, Effects of Hatha Flow on cardiovascular and respiratory systems, Functional anatomy for flow sequences, Injury prevention and safety measures, Energy channels and pranic flow, Adapting practices for special populations

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
