Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Health Services Professional (CHSP) course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills required to manage and oversee health services effectively. The course covers healthcare administration, strategic planning, financial management, human resources, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient care coordination.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Health Services Management: Overview of health services management, Roles and responsibilities of a health services manager, Types of healthcare facilities and services, Importance of patient-centered care, Legal and regulatory framework, Ethical and professional standards in healthcare management

Module 2: Healthcare Operations and Facility Management: Planning and organizing healthcare operations, Workflow and process optimization, Maintenance of healthcare infrastructure, Safety, hygiene, and infection control, Emergency preparedness and response, Compliance with operational standards

Module 3: Human Resource Management in Healthcare: Staff recruitment, training, and development, Performance evaluation and appraisal, Scheduling and workforce allocation, Team building and leadership skills, Conflict resolution and communication, Occupational health and safety for staff

Module 4: Financial and Resource Management: Budgeting and financial planning, Billing and reimbursement processes, Procurement and inventory management, Cost control and resource optimization, Resource allocation and utilization, Record keeping and reporting

Module 5: Quality Management and Patient Care: Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Monitoring patient satisfaction and care outcomes, Accreditation and compliance standards, Risk management and incident reporting, Patient safety and privacy, Implementing evidence-based practices

Module 6: Technology and Data Management in Healthcare: Healthcare information systems and management software, Electronic health records (EHR) management, Data collection, analysis, and reporting, Telehealth and digital health services, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Using technology for decision-making and efficiency

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
