Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition: Workforce planning and forecasting, Job analysis and design, Recruitment sources and strategies, Selection methods and best practices, Employer branding and candidate experience, Onboarding and induction programs.

Module 3: Learning and Development: Training need analysis and planning, Designing effective training programs, Learning styles and adult learning principles, E-learning and blended learning methods, Evaluation of training effectiveness, Career development and succession planning.

Module 4: Performance and Compensation Management: Performance appraisal systems and tools, Setting KPIs and goals, Feedback and performance coaching, Compensation structure and wage policies, Incentives and benefits management, Legal aspects of compensation.

Module 5: Employee Relations and Labor Laws: Employee engagement and motivation, Conflict resolution and grievance handling, Disciplinary procedures and employee conduct, Industrial relations framework, Overview of key labor laws, Trade unions and collective bargaining.
