Module 4: Public Relations and Sales Promotion: Role of public relations in IMC, Media relations and press releases, Crisis communication management, Sales promotion techniques and tools, Event marketing and sponsorships, Measuring PR and promotion outcomes.

Module 5: Digital Marketing and Social Media Integration: Digital marketing channels overview, Social media strategy and management, Content marketing and storytelling, SEO and SEM fundamentals, Influencer marketing, Analytics and performance tracking.

Module 6: IMC Measurement and Evaluation: Setting KPIs and performance metrics, Data collection and analysis methods, ROI measurement of marketing campaigns, Customer feedback and market response, Continuous improvement through insights, Reporting and communication of results.
