Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Principles of Leadership Development: Definition and scope of leadership development, Importance of leadership in organizational success, Leadership vs management, Leadership theories and models (transformational, situational, servant), Role of a Leadership Development Manager, Ethical and inclusive leadership practices.

Module 2: Leadership Competency Frameworks: Identifying key leadership competencies, Designing competency models, Mapping competencies to organizational goals, Behavioral indicators and leadership levels, Using assessments to evaluate leadership potential, Aligning leadership competencies with talent strategy.

Module 3: Designing Leadership Development Programs: Conducting leadership needs assessments, Creating program objectives and outcomes, Structuring blended learning experiences (workshops, coaching, e-learning), Developing learning content and materials, Selecting facilitators and partners, Ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Module 4: Implementing and Managing Programs: Planning program rollout and timelines, Participant selection and engagement strategies, Managing budgets and resources, Facilitating leadership workshops and events, Integrating coaching and mentoring components, Managing stakeholder expectations.

Module 5: Evaluating Leadership Development Impact: Defining KPIs and success metrics, Measuring learning outcomes and behavior change, Gathering feedback through surveys and interviews, Using 360-degree assessments, ROI analysis of leadership initiatives, Reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
