Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MS PowerPoint) course is designed to equip professionals with the skills to create, design, and deliver impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. The course covers slide creation, layout design, multimedia integration, animations, transitions, and collaboration features.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to PowerPoint and Interface: Overview of MS PowerPoint, Navigating the Ribbon and Tabs, Using Quick Access Toolbar, Understanding Slides and Layouts, Creating and Saving Presentations, Customizing the PowerPoint Environment.

Module 2: Creating and Formatting Slides: Inserting New Slides and Choosing Layouts, Adding and Formatting Text, Using Slide Masters and Themes, Applying Background Styles, Working with Shapes and SmartArt, Using the Format Painter Tool.

Module 3: Working with Multimedia Elements: Inserting and Formatting Pictures, Adding and Editing Audio Clips, Inserting and Customizing Videos, Using Animations and Transitions, Applying Animation Effects to Objects, Setting Animation Timings and Triggers.

Module 4: Managing Presentation Content: Using Tables and Charts, Inserting Hyperlinks and Action Buttons, Adding Notes and Comments, Organizing Slides with Sections, Using Slide Sorter View, Applying Consistent Formatting with Themes.

Module 5: Delivering Presentations: Setting Up Slide Show Options, Using Presenter View, Rehearsing Timings, Recording Narrations, Using Slide Show Shortcuts, Printing and Distributing Handouts.

Module 6: Advanced PowerPoint Features: Creating Custom Templates, Using Slide Master for Consistency, Integrating PowerPoint with Other Office Apps, Using Add-ins and Extensions, Protecting Presentations with Passwords, Troubleshooting Common Issues.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
