Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Quality Control and Inspection: Statistical process control (SPC), Sampling techniques and plans, Inspection methods and tools, Non-conformance identification and handling, Control charts and process capability, Root cause analysis for defects.

Module 4: Quality Assurance and Auditing: Quality assurance vs quality control, Internal and external audits, Audit planning and execution, Reporting audit findings, Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Compliance with standards and regulations.

Module 5: Process Improvement Techniques: Lean principles and waste reduction, Six Sigma methodology, Problem-solving tools, Process mapping and analysis, Benchmarking and best practices, Change management strategies.

Module 6: Leadership and Team Management in Quality: Building and leading quality teams, Communication skills for managers, Conflict resolution, Training and development in quality, Performance measurement and feedback, Motivating continuous improvement culture.
