The course covers the development of social media strategies aligned with business goals, audience targeting, platform-specific content planning (for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), campaign execution, and performance measurement using analytics tools. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Social Media Marketing Strategy: Understanding the evolution and role of social media in digital marketing, Overview of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Differences between organic, paid, and influencer strategies, Defining marketing objectives and aligning them with social goals, Understanding audience behavior, demographics, and platform usage, Setting up business profiles and foundational tools for strategy.

Module 2: Social Media Strategy Planning and Content Frameworks: Creating a social media marketing plan and campaign roadmap, Audience research, persona development, and content segmentation, Developing content pillars and editorial calendars, Creating brand voice, tone, and message consistency across platforms, Integrating user-generated content, storytelling, and trends into strategy, Tools for planning: Trello, Notion, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Module 3: Content Creation and Creative Optimization: Designing platform-specific content: images, carousels, reels, shorts, live videos, Writing captions and CTAs optimized for engagement and algorithms, Best practices for hashtags, mentions, and content tagging, Using AI tools (Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut) to scale content creation, Building a social media brand kit and design templates, Repurposing content across formats and platforms effectively.

Module 4: Paid Social Media Campaigns and Influencer Marketing: Introduction to paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Understanding ad objectives, targeting, bidding, and budget optimization, Creating high-converting ads: copy, visuals, video, carousel, and lead forms, Influencer strategy: identifying, collaborating, and measuring impact, Running social media contests, giveaways, and paid collaborations, Tracking ad performance and retargeting campaigns.

Module 5: Social Media Analytics and Optimization: Understanding platform analytics dashboards (Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics), Setting KPIs: reach, engagement, growth, conversion, share of voice, Conducting audits and analyzing top-performing content, Social listening tools for brand reputation and trend monitoring, A/B testing content formats, creatives, and posting times, Creating monthly performance reports and strategy improvement plans.

Module 6: Strategy Execution, Trends, and Career Building: Building and executing a multi-platform campaign with defined goals, Staying updated with platform changes, algorithms, and social media trends, Crisis communication planning and social media policy development, Managing client relationships and team collaboration in agencies, Developing a personal brand as a strategist with a portfolio and case studies, Career paths: in-house strategist, freelance consultant, agency planner, or brand strategist.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
