Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Stakeholder Engagement Specialist course is designed to equip learners with the strategic, interpersonal, and analytical skills needed to identify, engage, and manage stakeholders effectively across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The course covers stakeholder mapping and analysis, communication planning, relationship-building strategies, conflict resolution, feedback mechanisms, and the use of digital tools for engagement (e.g., CRM platforms, survey tools, collaborative platforms).

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Stakeholder Engagement: Understanding stakeholder engagement and its importance in project and organizational success, Identifying different types of stakeholders (internal, external, primary, secondary), Stakeholder mapping and classification (power-interest matrix, influence-impact grid), Principles of ethical and inclusive engagement, Overview of stakeholder expectations, needs, and risk concerns, Differences between stakeholder communication, consultation, and collaboration.

Module 2: Stakeholder Analysis and Planning: Conducting stakeholder identification workshops and data gathering, Analyzing stakeholder influence, interest, alignment, and impact, Developing a stakeholder engagement plan and communication matrix, Setting SMART objectives for engagement outcomes, Tools and techniques for stakeholder prioritization and tracking, Integrating stakeholder strategies into project or organizational planning.

Module 3: Communication Strategies and Tools: Crafting stakeholder-specific communication strategies and key messages, Selecting appropriate communication channels: meetings, reports, digital, social media, Designing communication materials that build trust and transparency, Active listening, empathy, and feedback loops in stakeholder interaction, Using visual tools: infographics, dashboards, and presentations for clarity, Managing cross-cultural and multilingual communication effectively.

Module 4: Engagement Techniques and Conflict Management: Facilitation methods: focus groups, public consultations, workshops, town halls, Using participatory tools: surveys, polls, participatory mapping, consensus-building, Handling difficult conversations and managing resistance or skepticism, Conflict resolution techniques: mediation, negotiation, escalation protocols, Building long-term relationships through consistent engagement practices, Leveraging technology platforms for virtual stakeholder collaboration.

Module 5: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting: Establishing KPIs and indicators to measure engagement effectiveness, Developing feedback mechanisms to monitor stakeholder satisfaction, Conducting stakeholder perception surveys and engagement reviews, Documenting and reporting engagement activities and impact, Using digital tools for stakeholder CRM and engagement tracking, Aligning reports with compliance, sustainability, or ESG standards.

Module 6: Strategy Implementation and Professional Practice: Designing and executing a stakeholder engagement strategy for real-world scenarios, Aligning engagement strategies with business goals, project milestones, and policy frameworks, Building internal capacity for stakeholder relationship management, Preparing case studies, engagement summaries, and presentations, Career opportunities in stakeholder relations, public affairs, community engagement, and CSR, Staying updated with legal frameworks, global standards, and digital engagement trends.

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
